Why Do We Process Data?

We process data to respond to enquiries and quotation requests, communicate before entering into a contract, provide our services, maintain website security and technical continuity, prevent abuse, measure website and campaign performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Contact form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit for email delivery. We use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery and security, and Google services for advertising measurement and maps. Data may also be shared with email and IT service providers only to the extent required to provide those services.

We disclose data to public authorities only when legally required. Some providers may process data outside Türkiye. Any such transfer is handled under the applicable cross-border transfer rules and safeguards of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
